Our Story
Turn Key Ops was co-founded by Ethen Ostroff (CEO) and James DiBitetto (COO) to create a service that prioritizes clients’ needs, fair compensation, and opportunities for both business owners and virtual assistants.
Ethen, an attorney, realized the need for a service that could simplify and delegate legal tasks. When he teamed up with James, a data expert and process-driven individual with extensive outsourcing experience, they created Attorney Assistant. Their goal was to develop a platform that could meet the needs of law firms and their staff helpfully and efficiently. After seeing the success of Attorney Assistant in the legal space, Ethen and James realized that more businesses in different industries could benefit from utilizing virtual assistants to help streamline their business processes. Turn Key Ops was created to help business owners get out of the weeds and focus on working on their business instead of in it.
